Rob was very helpful and friendly in finding the gear my son needed for his DoE expedition. He was very patient with us and knowledgeable too. Would thoroughly recommend Millets and visit them again in future. Their prices are very reasonable and they also offer a nice DoE discount!

Received a great service from Darren, he’s only been on the job for 4 days - and was super helpful, knowledgable and great pleasure to deal with! I walked away with an Osprey daypack which Darren consulted me on, explaining various features and fitting it for me in the process.

Fantastic!
Came into the store looking for a present for a friend, Darren took the time to show me around giving me loads of suggestions and not making me feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t want. Great experience
I had an overwhelming amount of decision paralysis when it came to buying my walking boots, but with the help of Darren I was able to chose the perfect pair in Millets today. I was given some great advice on how to tie them, how to take care of them and how to avoid blisters, which was all super helpful and I will keep in mind. Very good experience over all :)
