Great Service and Very Fair Prices

I bought a great little sander at a very reasonable price from ITS. It was delivered within 3 days and I was able to use it in the garden before the weather turned. I’d never used this company previously, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Great service.

Missing Parts and Poor Communication

First time ordering from its.co.uk, and it will be my last.

I ordered a Milwaukee power head, only to find that it was missing all the mounting hardware for the handle and strap. I contacted support, and they said they were aware of the issue and would send out the parts to be with me by the end of the week.

I then contacted live chat later that day to double-check that the specific parts listed in the manual were being sent out, only to be told that I would have to wait until the middle of September because the parts were on back order. No one had bothered to contact me to let me know this.

Why was the item even sent out when you were aware of this issue? It was obvious the box had previously been opened to check whether the parts were there or not, as the tool was covered in dusty fingerprints.

Now i have to deal with trying to get a refund and buy the item elsewhere.
