Excellent food and service from Fisnsbury Park Honest Burgers Team! Thank you very much!

It is our favourite burger joint, and I recently organised my son's 10th birthday lunch there at the last minute for a group of 10-year-old boys and their parents. Everyone was very happy with the food and the hospitality they received. Thank you very much Finsbury Park Team!

Ordered on line live 5 mins away food was cold took around a hour despite driver waiting outside for ages... Hardly any chips in the box loads of broken crispy bits in the box and a burnt burger for 40 quids worth or food it was horrendous we ordered weekly the food was amazing then we ordered 2 weeks ago food wasn't great and then on Sunday and it was freezing as they didn't seem to update the app for 20 mins or was done or whatever and the vegan burger was burnt gave up eating it and the chips we threw out as freezing and mostly whatever was left in the basket after the in store dinners got lovely fresh ones I think

I left this review for east Dulwich branch and photos showing the food for the owner to have the AUDACITY to say they will pass the feedback to the team and hopefully my next order will be back to the good standard I'm used to are you having a laugh we've spent 80 pounds off in 2 orders now that we're trash one was not even edible and they didn't even offer compensation goodwill nothing I can't believe it .. luckily I have a big social media platform to talk about this on and show the BLACK burnt burger and state of food and then after 2 rotten orders (bare in mind we have given them a second chance to say hopefully 3rd time is back to a decent level is a joke and expect us to pay for it are you high? 🤣

Nothing "HONEST" About charging £6.40 for two cans of Coke ,

Tried Honest burgers in Bristol. The burgers are very good and the staff were very friendly. However, the meal as a whole was let down by the fries which seemed very overdone.

Went to honest burgers for the gluten free options, burgers are expensive. Food was alright but when the bill came out it already had the service charged invoiced and nothing was mentioned when this was presented. I personally think this is poor practice and the customer should reward good service if they feel like that's what they have received. Five guys burgers were better and cheaper and extra chips supplied for nothing.

I ordered a burger, fries and chicken tenders meal deal from Cribbs Causeway in Bristol, which was delivered via Just Eat. When the food arrived, I discovered that the restaurant had forgotten the fries.

I called the restaurant to complain, but the man who answered said, “Have you never made a mistake?” I found his response quite dismissive.

I don’t understand why companies using online food delivery services so often fail to get orders correct. If I were ordering and eating in the restaurant, I’m sure the order would have been checked and would have been correct.

Service was extremely slow taking me and my family 30 minutes just to have our order taken.
Once we received our food the burgers were awfully burnt and very dry with not much flavour. The workers were nice but the service was not great and very poor. Overall I think that honest burger should be more like dishonest burgers in my opinion.

I visited Honest Burgers in South Kensington a few weeks ago and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience.

The burger I ate was the only meal I had that day, and I hadn’t eaten anything since lunch the previous day. Shortly after the meal, I became seriously unwell with what appeared to be food poisoning. Given that this was the only food I had eaten for such a long period, I contacted the restaurant to make them aware of what had happened.

To their credit, they initially told me they would investigate and get back to me. However, after waiting for a response, I was ultimately told that they would not accept any responsibility and that their food was not the cause of my illness.

Obviously, I understand that it may not be possible for the restaurant to establish with certainty what caused someone to become ill. What I found particularly disappointing was the way the situation was handled, especially given how ill I became. This was also compounded by the poor service during our visit, including a waiter who was unnecessarily rude to us.

I left the restaurant feeling very disappointed, and the subsequent response did little to change that. Based on both the service we received and the way my complaint was handled afterwards, I unfortunately would not recommend this location and certainly won’t be returning. I would give less than one star if it was possible.

Tried this outlet again, burger was good but let down by half cooked cold chips, not too sure who is in charge of quality control but complete lack of quality and no control over the product. Very expensive poor value for money. Don't order to deliver you will be disappointed. Would have given it zero but the burger was acceptable.

We went to Honest Burgers Kingston on Thames on Saturday as a family of 10 with 4 kids. We had booked the table and were received well. However when we came to paying for the meals we were charged £7.90 for the kids meals for all for kids!. On the website or on their advertisements it was printed £1 for kids meals. We spoke to the Manager and she told us that this was only until 7 pm. Nowhere was that mentioned. We were very disappointed with the Dishonest Service we received

I have been going to Honest burguer for many years, and usually enjoy it very much
But i guess it depends on the branch.
Yesterday I went to the one in Oxford circus , and left very dissapointed !
‘Frozen fries ‘ !?!? Horrible!
Never ever had frozen fries before in any Honest Burguer ,
I Will be avoiding the Oxford Circus branch from now on.
Really bad !!!!!

Yesterday 14 of us , from a disability charity Always Bee You went for lunch in the portabello road branch. What we experienced from from the staff Natalie and Sarah was wonderful, they took their time with our folks , were super helpful and also used first names when talking with our folks.
These small acts of kindness are so meaningful, and we like to thank you ladies for all your help, patience and love, all the guys and girls really enjoyed your food.

1st time here we had great service. We were planning on visiting a regular spot , however Jacob smile brought us at Honest Burger . His customer service was fantastic and he was very charming. Definitely returning again food was great and customer service was great too.

I went to the Covent Garden one I requested to sit outside as it was a sunny day but was told it would be better for me to sit inside! Then the explanation of the menu by the guy was fine, then a woman came up who I told we were ready to order and then went through a lengthy and consisting ordering process. Despite telling her no meat I’m a veggie the dirty fries came with meat on them, when I reminded her of this she said she would swap them out and then charges me for both! Food was delicious - paneer burger with the curry mayo gorge and the chips. Would never be back or recommend though. Service was more Mac Donald’s rather than Ramsey.

Perfecte service. Goed eten. Mooie locatie onderaan de Towerbridge langs het haventje. De man die ons bediende was super vriendelijk. Hij liet mijn man eerst een speciaal bier proeven voordat we bestelde. Als je hiernaartoe gaat, heb je 1 uitdaging,.welke burger moet je kiezen??. Wij gaan vanavond terug, om nog een keer te genieten van deze ervaring.

We regularly eat at the Portobello Road branch of Honest Burgers, and the service is consistently excellent. Neviyu and Abbey are fantastic ambassadors for the brand-they're always welcoming, friendly, and remain calm, professional, and polite, even during the busiest and most stressful times.

Their outstanding customer service makes every visit enjoyable, and it's one of the main reasons we keep coming back. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone looking for great burgers and exceptional service.

Went to the Old Street branch (Baldwin Street, London).
I'm a Coeliac, so i told them and checked again once the food turned up that it was gluten free and was told that it was. Having eaten my burger and fries, I then had to run to the toilet 3 times!! Luckily I had painkillers with me to help with the pain. Previously I have been to other Honest Burgers restaurants and been fine. This one was a dreadful visit, though the people serving were pleasant. If you are a Coeliac...don't risk it!!
