Scottish holiday
My sister and myself went into the Wolverhampton branch and we only had to wait 5 minutes before we were attended to by Demi.A very pleasant,helpful and informative young lady.We booked the holiday we wanted and left very happy and excited about our forthcoming holiday.

Hays travel were excellent

Always book with Hays in Wolverhampton friendly efficient staff level of service top notch we have booked some big trips including Singapore and Australia and cruises needing various hotels and transfers all of which worked seamlessly have just booked our next cruise booking process clear and very smooth

Excellent service
Caroline discussed various options with us being first time cruisers. Feel that she understood our needs and wanted to make our holiday special. She went through the booking process very clearly and explained everything clearly. Very happy with the service we received especially as we did not go in to book just to find information
