Her actual experience and knowledge of the ship was invaluable in helping us book the right cruise and cabin. Nothing was too much trouble. Sean excellent sales person
We visited Hays Travel last week and spoke with Sean about booking a Cruise to the Norwegian Fiords.
He spent a lot of time with us giving details of several cruises.
We went away and spoke about it and returned a few hours later to book.We booked Cunard for next June,we were disappointed as the cruise price had gone up £350 but still decided to book in case it went up more.Sean kindly gave us a small discount which was very kind of him.
We will most definately return to book more of our holidays with him.
He is a credit to Hays Travel.

Overall an easy going holiday booking experience because we knew exactly what we wanted, but the exact cost of the holiday was a bit long winded and complicated.

Very helpful staff!

Simon was so helpful & patient whilst I was choosing between the options he had provided. He chose various holidays and kept within my budget and didn’t try to upsell on cost.
