I recently booked a holiday to turkey with a lady called Tam at the Wareham store and I couldn’t be more happier with the service I was given. She found the best deal for me and my family ensuring all my needs were met. Throughout the whole process she ensured I was happy and the customer service was incredible. Tam, the lovely lady who helped me, was delightful. She listened to everything I was looking for and found suggestions that I hadn't even thought of that were perfect. Friendly, welcoming, helpful. They were very knowledgeable, excellent as someone booking for the first time.

I booked my flight to Berlin through…
I booked my flight to Berlin through Hays Travel. I spoke to Anita who was such a chatterbox she did not give me options for times to fly from Heathrow to Berlin. An had to go back to change my flight times to a earlier flight from Heathrow. After I did my own research on my laptop.
