Hays had a wonderful relaxed atmosphere in store and we didn't have to wait for very long until we were helped. Abbie was amazing and so knowledgable about our needs with mobility issues and cruising. Very glad to have come into store to start our first cruise holiday experience. Will definitely come here again for when we look at future holidays

I dealt with Emma from the Torquay branch, I was walking down the high street and noticed a deal from Japan, since our first conversation I have changed the holiday completely with help from Emma, I made quite a few changes and different requests over a two week period and at every stage Emma was superb and full of encouragement and I must say if it was not for Emma's kindness and understanding we might not of booked the holiday with you.
