It is nice to deal with someone that believes in good customer service as you don’t find that in many places anymore.

Busy staff, but great service
Had a wait for the two very busy staff, but once I sat down, the service was fantastic!

This is the second cruise holiday I’ve booked with Hays and won’t be the last. They are totally professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went into the store with a cruise holiday in mind but booked a much better cruise after help from the TA Corinne. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
