Very helpful
The person I dealt with was very helpful and considerate. Her name is Aaliyah. She gave me her phone number so that if we were cut off I would not have to start all over again. She didn't make me wait on the phone for ages for her to do things. She called me back when they were arranged. I have dealt with Hays before and would certainly do so again.

The staff are brilliant
The staff are brilliant, especially Aaliyah, she has helped me with booking our holidays a few times, she is so friendly and accommodating. All staff there have been very helpful, very good customer service, makes my life easier as i dislike booking online
