The lady in Sandbach Hays Travel ( Chloe) was friendly and very helpful. It is my first time going on holiday alone and she reassured me that lots of older people like me go on their own. She wasn't rushing me and explained the process of the trip etc.

Booked a cruise for 6 ladies , Harry the travel agent in S andbach was very helpful, and sorted it all out for us, booked cruise last year and was very satisfied with the service, we had a problem on ship, not allowed off owing to an unknown virus on board, they even phoned me to check if we were all ok
