I went into Hays Travel to buy a holiday
Gift Voucher. The Lady I delt with took
along time to sort it out she obviously
hadn’t done it before. It was sorted out eventually. When I got home I realised I
hadn’t been given a receipt I rang them
& they emailed it through immediately. Not a good experience.
