Visited to book an event at Disney…
Visited to book an event at Disney World, booked and paid with n the shop, confirmation email received. The day after they call to say that the event has sold out and I do not have tickets. How is this possible! Disappointed that they allowed us to pay and book but it was never available. All they offered was a full refund for what was their own fault!

Unfortunately, attraction tickets and special events at Disney are subject to live availability and, in this case, the event appeared available when we submitted the booking and received confirmation from the supplier. Regrettably, the supplier later advised that they were unable to honour the booking as the event had sold out, and we contacted you as soon as we were made aware of the issue.
We completely understand your frustration, particularly after receiving confirmation of your booking and making plans around the event. While we were unable to secure tickets for your chosen date, we did explore an alternative date that the supplier advised was available. When this did not suit your plans, we have immediately issued a full refund.
We appreciate that this outcome was disappointing and fell below the experience both you and we expected. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope you have a lovely holiday.

First of all I want to say a massive thank you to All the staff at Hays Travel St George's Centre Preston, Sophie Amelia Lucy Paul Aiden,every time we go in to the Store, you Just know you are going to get a Five Star Service everytime.. They are all an asset to the Company Hays Travel..I have booked Three Holidays from there this year up to now.. Rhodes in May, Sharm El sheikh in June, Copenhagen in December and Just fights to Malta for my partner Jeanette to visit her Family...
