Fiona was our agent this time. As always she was very polite, cheerful and knowledgeable, she found the type of holiday we asked for and helped us thru all the steps and details.
Fiona offered us options and made us aware of all the services avaliable and finally made our booking. Very cheerful, knowledgeable and a credit to the company.

Options for a quick break
We have used Hay's previously and so, as we considered taking a holiday, it was the first place to start. We sat with Steve, (Poole branch), who examined our criteria, gave us a number of options and we took those away to discuss. We struggled to find the right hotel or destination and went back to Steve. Another face-to-face discussion ensued, he made further suggestions, we decided on our holiday and booked.

Steve the manager at the Poole branch of Hays was extremely helpful in helping us choose a cruise explaining all our different options he made us feel comfortable and at ease.

Four nights in Krakow
Myself and two friends decided we wanted to have a short break away in Krakow next year. We spoke with our go to friend Julie in Hays Poole and as usual she went above and beyond for us and we now have a fully booked 4 night holiday in March next year
