Just ok…they pretty much do what you would do online when looking for a holiday. There’s no great inspiration or insight which is a shame as that’s mainly why you visit a travel agent instead of just doing it yourself! Also found price to be cheaper online versus what they tell you. Service was very rushed. Doubt I would go back.

We have used Hays Travel many times to book our holidays and cruises. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them, eg, printing travel documents, contacting hotels with requests, searching for the best price and accommodation. The store in Meadowhall is bright and welcoming and the service given is exceptional. The booking process is very smooth and easy and we have confidence whenever we book a holiday that all is well ensuring we'll have a great time away. First class.

We are always happy with our experience at Hays Travel. When we recently visited the branch to enquire about a holiday we saw Ebony who was extremely helpful, honest and informative. After doing a bit of research ourselves over the next few days we returned to the branch to book the holiday, Ebony remembered us and helped us choose the right holiday for us. The staff in Hays are always very helpful and provide wonderful customer service. We know we can call into the branch and see someone face-to-face if we have any concerns and it is always sorted out. Great customer service!

Kareen made the whole process easy booking for our group. Nothing was too much trouble. She looked at a few options for us ans made our decision easier based on hotel and flight options.

Went in to the Meadowhall store. No other customers in there at all and 3 members of staff. I was asked to take a seat while ‘someone was free’ and just left waiting & waiting. Walked out in the end as everyone was obviously too busy to attend to the only customer in the room!

£500 cheaper than another company for a holiday with more benefits. Good customer service in store. Booked several times now with Hays, will be our go to provider.

We always use Hays at Meadowhall when booking a holiday as all the staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. If they say they are going to do something, they do.
