Whenever I book a holiday at hayes maesteg the staff are always very helpfull and nothing is too much trouble finding your perfect holiday

Excellent service as always at Maesteg Branch Rebekah listened to what I needed as I have mobility issues and ensured everything was adapted to me room near lift assistance sorted at airport and transfer to hotel excellent deal for a week to Torremolinos All staff at the branch are very helpful and pleasant

As usual the staff at Hays Travel are so friendly and welcoming,nothing is to much trouble for them they go above and beyond to help you. Becca once again helped me to book my next holiday and as always so professional and friendly at her job. Thank you to all the staff at Hays Maesteg for their wonderful service

Girls are always cheery and helpful no matter how busy the shop is.

Will go out of their way to make sure you get the holiday that you are looking for.

We mostly cruise, and book the next holiday whilst on ship, but always ask that they transfer everything to Maesteg Hayes, as we find that they are so much easier to deal with if we have any queries etc, although have booked holidays direct with shop too.

The personal attention we get from every operator at hays travel in Maesteg is exceptionall we only have to say where we want to go ,which airport we want to fly from and what we need in and around our hotel and they do the best to please us we wouldn't go with any other travel agent

Another excellent customer service Kelly so thorough went through absolutely everything with be choose deck together cabin number even told me how to book restraunts on board , every single one of the staff go that extra mile , I am in good hands booing with Kelly , brilliant team work even on the ball with extras fx etc only Hayes maestrg for me .
