Lucy arranged a fantastic holiday for us in Vietnam, it was perfect from the start to the end. Despite the Middle East conflict and flights cancelled, Lucy kept in touch daily and worked tirelessly to get us safe flights home to the UK. We have left holiday arrangements to Lucy now for 3 holidays and will be asking her to arrange our next holiday. The reassurance and protection Lucy offers and her work behind the scenes has made travelling easy for us.
