The clerk was wonderful
The clerk was wonderful - despite being on her own (and there being quite a wait while she saw other customers) - she was patient and helpful. I would've given 5 stars if I hadn't had to wait so long. Her name was Elaine.

We visited the shop in Keighley , WestYorkshire. With an idea of the holiday we had thought of . Michaela was on hand and discussed the possibilities of what we wanted. She really knew her stuff and we finally agreed on a fabulous holiday and placed our booking. She was really friendly and interested in what we were looking for. To the point we actually booked two getaways . We had such a great experience with her that we will definitely book more holidays with her. A real asset to the company. She made everything so easy.

The original hotel I wanted to book was…
The original hotel I wanted to book was full so the assistant helped me select another nice hotel. My only gripe is that she said we had a side sea view with garden views but when I got home and looked the hotel up, there were a number of different rooms I could have selected eg premium etc. These weren’t mentioned.
