Julia was brilliant as always.
Gave me great advice about Malta and what is there for us to do.
She suggested 2 hotels to us and we booked one of them.
Went through everything with me, to make sure it was all right.
Julia even mentioned another hotel in Gran Canaria for us to look at, that she thought we would like for another trip:).
