First time and brilliant service!
We had never been in to Hays but best thing we did. Looking to go on cruise with mum (she’s never been, my 4th) and girl Bethany helped us so much. So straightforward, upgraded our cabin, she could not have been nicer. Mum very happy!

Well all I can say is WOW!!! Julie went above and beyond helping myself and my mum book a trip for mums 80th next year. Julie took us through the whole itinerary explained everything thoroughly.
