Billy was amazing he has been so patient with us we're not the easiest people to please and we had a long list of preferences but we got there in the end and we are now looking forward to our holiday. Billy's and Fallons excellent customer service made the experience relaxed and humorous. We would definitely book with them again

It is the first time i have used a travel agent in many years. On this occasion I had already done my research and knew what I wanted and was happy to discover I could get the trip I wanted for the same price booking with Hays as booking online direct. After years of planning trips online, involving endless scrolling and researching, I feel letting someone else do the work is the way to go. Kate was very helpful, approachable and friendly, so I am happy with the service so far.
