Highly recommend Hays Travel Gosforth
I can thoroughly recommend Hays Travel in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne. Samantha was amazing in getting all the information we needed to book a couple of cruises and made lots of helpful suggestions including things we probably wouldn’t of thought about including setting up a payment plan to pay monthly so we don’t get a big bill just before the holiday.

Excellent service
I arrived without much idea where i wanted to go but aware we need to depart within a few days. Zoe was very patient, suggesting destinations and checking reviews. All this whilst dealing with a difficult customer in the background. I had tickets within 45 mins and am all set to depart.

Brilliant experience from the member of staff
We didn’t know where we wanted to go on holiday and could only confirm the type of place we’d like and when we wanted to go. Ellie was really helpful and provided clear and professional information resulting in us booking and paying for a holiday on the day of our visit.

Stacey was very friendly. She was showing places of interest in the area and helped pick a beautiful hotel which catered to my needs as an elderly traveller, as well as my grandchildren, who can enjoy the lakeside activities. I have booked with Hays before and will be back! Thank you.
