Not used a travel agent for years but went in for some information about booking a New York holiday.
The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Got flights & hotel booked for a cheaper price than we could've found (& it would have taken us days to do the research!). Also given useful local knowledge by staff who had recently visited. Will definitely be using this Hays branch again. Thank you

Algarve Holiday 2026.…
Danielle was very helpful with our Hotel booking and gave us flight times to choose from.

Natasha at Hays Travel Garforth always goes out of her way to get us what we have asked for as we can be tricky customers . Nothing is ever too much trouble and she always comes back to us via phone or email when she says she will it’s the only reason we book holidays with Hays travel at Garforth especially as my husband recovering from cancer so we were unable to travel for a while
