The staff were knowledgeable and…
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of many aspects of our holiday and advised us on some things to make it easier. We're disappointed that the hotel pool was shut for the whole period we were there and was due to be shut another 17 days after. We were never advised of this. To be fair we went to Rome and would have only used it twice but we still have liked to have known. Otherwise would have marked them and jet 2 5. Great holiday otherwise.

Unfortunately, we were not made aware of this information by the supplier at the time of booking, but we completely understand how important it is to have all facilities available or at least to be informed in advance. Emma is fabulous. Me and zara my daughter felt like our holiday had started a month earlier than expected. She and her shadow were awesome and everything was explained to us. All so easy ❤️

Such a helpful advisor. Got us just the holiday we wanted. Lovely polite and helpful young lady. We told her our requirements and she kindly got it sorted for us. Even phoned to keep us updated re our accessibility needs and to inform they were all set up.. Thank you Maddie.
