The staff...especially Diane who was very knowledgable and helpful. We visited twice, the second time to book our trip to Australia. So glad to meet Diane who guided us through all the options and explained everything clearly. The shop is very organised and tidy too. Staff are customer friendly even when things got busy. Staff are welcoming as you arrive through the door. I was given a range of options for possible destinations after giving my preferences, holiday style etc.
I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and felt the staff member was genuinely finding me my ‘best fit’ holiday.
