I was really struggling to find a last minute city break. Hays just took out all of the hassle. We had a week to organise our trip and they just helped make it happen. I really appreciate the help and advice we were given. They made it all happen seamlessly. Thank you guys.

Booked a last minute 5 day break to Budapest with the Cupar office. Phoned them on the Friday and we flew on the Saturday. They found us direct flights and fab accommodation. They also gave us some info regarding the area, ideas about where to go and what to do. They were super helpful.

Met with Jacob in the Cupar office who was really helpful. Our first choice of a cruise was not available but he very quickly assisted with our second option. Booking made efficiently and with no problems. Information given on insurance which helped. Great to have a travel agent in our local town. Good service.
