Jade, no more no less. Jade was very friendly & efficient. Went to look into a holiday in the window, but didn't like the carrier. While I was talking to the wife for about 30 seconds, Jade found a holiday same resort same hotel a little cheaper. We booked it and added 4 additional days. Even though I live in a town with a Heys travel in it, I am thinking I will drive the 70 mile round trip to see Jade. 10/10

Always book our holidays with hays but not been to chorley store before as usual staff always helpful and friendly jade who served me was lovely spent time looking for good deal and so friendly

The service was first class
The service were provided was first class, not just one staff member but all, nothing was to much trouble and we were guided through the service required with lots of smiles and patience, keep up the good work.

Very helpful member of staff as bburn was closed did everything at chorley couldnt ask for more dont get this service today. As i worked in a shop gave good service was appreciated
