What a Welcome
As soon as we walked in the shop, we were maid welcome by Bailey, he booked our last holiday. We told him what we were looking for, and that was that, he took over, next thing he said everything is done, come in two weeks before and I will print off your tickets etc, nothing is to much trouble, I will be going back for the next holiday.

We booked our holiday with Bailey in Hays Caerphilly. We found him to be very friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Even after we booked our holiday and phoned up with query, he was only to happy to sort it out for us We also noticed the other staff were friendly, while we were in the shop as well

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Why would anyone want to struggle to book travel and a holiday themselves. This was stress free and we are looking forward to our holiday in the knowledge someone has got our back if there are any problems. Thank you.
