Really feel the need to compliment Lucy and the Hays Bridport team for helping us create a brilliant Japan itinerary. Working hard to match and better itineraries offered by other Hays branches and finding hotels that had good traveller reviews and ratings, whilst keeping to a manageable budget. The staff in Bridport is are always so helpful. Yes I can get it cheaper on line but for the extra cost it is worth every penny of going to the shop.

Excellent service , if you find a deal on the Internet from another travel agent just pop into your local Hays shop and see the ladies ask what they can do. They normally come up with a better deal and a better service as they do all the hard legwork for you like confirming, flights hotels, etc..and sit back and enjoy
