I book all of my holidays through Hays Travel, and I’m always really happy when I get to deal with Grace or Kim. They’re both fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. They really know their stuff and give great advice, making it so easy and stress-free to book a holiday. They are both absolutely fantastic travel agents and genuinely lovely people.
