I was very happy with the service we received from Layla the rep at Hays Travel. Layla was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us finding the right holiday for us.

Rhona made the booking process so easy. She really took an interest in what I wanted from my holiday and carefully explained all my options. Thank you for being so helpful.

I went to Hays Travel Bluewater 19/8/26 to book a cruise costing £6600. I wanted help to secure the best cabin and deck for myself and husband in our budget. The booking was for next year August for a 60th birthday; so a special occasion I was excited to be booking. The agent was disinterested, cold in demeanour and clearly irritated that I would not just accept any cabin but wanted mid ship and decks 9-12 only. Some of these were available. I was so enthusiastic on arrival and so deflated on leaving after booking. I had read reviews and thought I’d get someone helpful there to go through the details, help me finalise the booking and show some warmth and interest. This did not happen. Although I paid a deposit I may now not actually bother to book this trip with Hays at all. This shop appears to think they are the only travel agent and I had to use them. I do not

Absolutely fabulous member of staff. Didn't need to book an appt, within 15 mins she'd found what we wanted within our budget. Couldn't be happier

Staff great and available unlike other travel agents. All of our requirements for our holiday were met and nothing was any bother for the staff to amend or look for other options.

I received a quick and efficient experience, I came in to book my travel insurance.

I asked for a quote for a trip to New Zealand. The quote came back within 24 hours. It was comprehensive, detailed and very reasonable. I have since booked the trip and look forward to working with the team to finalise the details.

We arrived at Hays Bluewater and was welcomed by Gracie. She was brilliant… she listened to all we wanted and searched everywhere she could for the best price and to cater for our wishes. We also had advice from another member of staff to share her personal experience of our chosen destination! Gracie was great from start to finish…. We was meet at the door by Gracie who is lovely, she gave us all the time we needed and she absolutely knew what she was talking about, we only wanted a cheap getaway which she found for us, we got the impression it didn’t matter how much we were spending, she treated everyone the same.

The personal service we received was excellent. The holiday package we have booked has quite a large itinerary and has taken quite a while to put together but Hayes have sorted the whole package for us and made sure we are staying in good hotels and have taken the time to explain our package

Me and my partner went into the store with basically only a few ideas of where we wanted to go on holiday. Sadie was extremely helpful and patient with us! She was so lovely and made our holiday booking experience so easy! Thank you Sadie!
