First time booking with Hays
Saw an add on Facebook, my local branch found the holiday and found it even cheaper than the add. They then gave me quotes on other circumstances for me to compare and I then left to make my decision wasn’t pushy came back a week later to book which was very easy. Deposit was made and I had the choice to either set up monthly payments to clear, pay it off in bits or pay the final balance it was my first experience with hays!

It was so good to speak to someone who makes it easy to understand, explains what apps to install, how to pay & generally gives the one to one service you do not get when booking online. Especially useful for a cruise. Fantastic service. I would strongly recommend using Hays again as i shall be doing. Thanks so much
