A lovely personal service. Anna was so helpful and listened to all my needs. She adapted the initial search results when I had reviewed them. She was also really quick at getting information to me. If she wasn't free, she gave me a time when she would be. Nothing was too much trouble.

Anna made the process easy from start to finish - and we weren’t the easiest to deal with. We had a number of changes to our destination, weren’t clear about our budget at the start and didn’t know the exact duration we wanted. However Anna handled it all with patience and understanding. Anna gave us great advice on destination options that could work for what we wanted and once we finalised the budget gave us a few options to choose from. Once the decision was made she kept us fully informed during the booking process and was completely transparent about what was included and what wasn’t. Question - Would I want to book with anyone else? Answer - I wouldn’t!
