The whole experience was very good I knew what I wanted & where I wanted to go & said to the girl, she only took about 10 minutes to sort the whole holiday out to exactly what I wanted so I have no complaints everything was bang on

All the staff in my local Hays Travel are very welcoming & friendly to deal with. We had big decisions about booking Maldives / Dubai & with the help & knowledge from Lauren & the girls had the best holiday experience ever. Right from booking process & trying for flights during the conflict in UAE their help was so valuable. We have now booked our next trip & again Lauren was very patient helping us make big decisions.
