The information and help we received from Claire (Carlisle) was very thorough and knowledgeable.
She explored several alternatives and researched the location of the hotel, even the food options for breakfast.
We are extremely happy with our final choice, and the level of efficiency demonstrated. Huge 'thank you' to Claire. She really knows her job!
