Grind Anmeldelser

Great products, excellent quality and quick delivery.

Really impressed with Grind Coffee! The coffee is absolutely delicious — rich, smooth and full of flavour, with that proper coffee-shop quality you can enjoy at home.

I also love the attention to detail, from the stylish packaging to the overall quality of the product. It's clear that Grind takes pride in what they do.

A fantastic brand that delivers on both quality and experience. Would happily recommend Grind to any coffee lover, and I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Five stars from me! ☕

The capsules don’t pierce properly and my machine will flash out of water when it isn’t I only ever have this problem with your capsules

Delivered with 48 hours.
I bought the Baileys coffee pods, as a no milk coffee drinker I was very impressed with the smooth taste and Baileys aroma.

Yes I love it!
It’s great coffee and I drink the House, Dark and Decaf. But Grind you won’t regret it.

Good coffee, easy to order, fast delivery, great concept.

Easy to order. Prompt service. Good product. & on special offer .

Old beans and poor customer service....

I'd been recommended to try Grind to get whole beans for my machine, so tried them. Firstly, I was given a code to get 30% off my first order, 20% off my second and 10% off my third. Input the code, discount was showing on the checkout, pressed pay. Got charged the full amount without discount. Raised a complaint... No response.

Got my beans, they were 7 weeks old when I got my delivery. Unsurprisingly it was almost impossible to get a good shot of espresso from them. Wrote another email to complain, finally got a response to say that they'd refund me 40%. So in essence I got just a tiny partial refund against what I should have been charged and was left with beans that were subpar. So I went to Pact and ordered beans from them, which came only a few days from roasting and come out of the machine perfectly, it only took me a couple of shots to dial it in.

So if you want good beans, don't use Grind.

Amazing customer service. I wanted to change my order and they got straight back in touch after I emailed them, arranged for me to cancel and re-order without any delay.
Order arrived quickly and is good quality. I ordered the advent calendar as a present as well as some ground coffee with a tin. The calendar is lovely and the coffee is a favourite in our house.

Great customer service then order arrived promptly

Tin slightly dented, but reshaped

I had amazing service from customer service who organised to change all 3 of my usual delivery at 1 days notice - and of course the coffee is lovely.

Website is easy to use, lovely hat material and great coffee. Miffy tin is super cute. I think the calendar for Christmas is so worth it if you have a pod machine witch I don't.

Delicious coffee pods, easy to order and got 20% off when I signed up to their mailing list. Looking forward to trying out the advent calendar.

Very easy ordering with lots of choice on the website. Once checked out the order was well packed and dispatched with tracking. It arrived in 2 days ready to use.
