I went into five guys at King’s Cross at 18.10 and was refused by the manager to use the toilet to change my 8 month old daughters nappy and was refused even after explaining she leaked through her nappy and now has a nappy rash he said “thats not my problem” and that i need to be a “paying customer” just for a note I had been in this five guys yesterday and multiple times before(not brought anything) and have never had an issue I have found this behaviour absolutely disgusting and if this is the staff hired as managers I never wanna eat here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else especially if they have children as they refuse to cater for kids

A huge thank you to the fantastic team at Five Guys Plymouth for looking after our group of 103 students and staff from Devonport High School for Boys. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, organised, and accommodating.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for such a large group. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free for both our students and staff.
We really appreciate all of your hard work and would highly recommend Five Guys Plymouth to any school or large group looking for a well-managed, enjoyable visit. Thank you again – we look forward to visiting again!

Just had to do a review of five guys ordered a cheeseburger chips and a strawberry milkshake came to £24.75 wow I thought this is going to be good, was I surprised the burger was good but the fries were the worst I ever tasted. They were soggy in peanut oil. The milkshake was so so it’s the first time in about two years since I have been to five guys and possibly the last time

I ordered a banana milkshake, but I was given a vanilla milkshake instead. When I informed the manager that my order was incorrect, he insisted that it was banana flavor, even though it clearly tasted like vanilla. He refused to replace the milkshake or correct the mistake.

I was disappointed by both the incorrect order and the way my concern was handled. I expected better customer service, especially when raising a genuine issue.

Hasan @ meridian leisure Five Guys Leicester was very polite, made my day with his friendliness and how quick the service was even though he was working on his own.

Over the country can be hit and miss but this one was certainly a hit.

Used to enjoy 5 guys but won’t be going back sadly. Went to bluewater and decided on an early lunch.
I spent £30+ on a very average burger that wasn’t hot, they say 2 beef patties but they are small and squashed down, very dark chips that we think were reheated ones from yesterday and a hot dog.
It was very average for the price, the drinks were from a machine and over diluted and we both agreed it wasn’t as good as when it first came here.
Bring back Byron…

Over priced, chips poor over cooked, burger disintegrated and patty lacked flavour.

£33 for adult and child's meal.

Staff friendly and helpful.

Won't be returning.

Wow their patties have shrunk YET AGAIN and of course the price has gone up When I opened my burger to check what was in it I noticed it shrunk by a quarter You could actually feel the weight one single burger £10.75 and £13.35 for a double then small fry £4.75 🤯🤯🤬😤

The burger prices seem to increase on a 6 monthly basis and recently the patties are decreasing in size. Not a good basis on which to stay in business

Boycott they use vile religiously slaughtered meat!

The food was really hot and fresh, the fries super great! The team, Andy & co also had amazing customer service. Would definitely become a staple for me!

Visited five guys in Basingstoke for the first time, will never eat in this chain again. The milkshake was just milky sugar no taste of strawberry at all, the fries got my one star but extremely over salted. I’m vegetarian so tried the only option available, which is fine as this is a normal occurrence for me and my Granddaughter and was faced with a bog standard bun filled with just vegetables and a piece of lettuce. It was disgusting with no sauce or taste at all, my Granddaughter didn’t even want to try hers! The price was very high which I wouldn’t mind if it was good quality but Burger King and McDonald’s veggie options put this chain to shame and it’s triple the price. I spent over £55 and will not be doing it again, worst vegetarian food I’ve ever tasted!

Enfield branch, the staff were great with great customer service, the staff member made us feel really special and welcoming. Food was great too.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Five Guys.

My order was not provided as described, which made it uneatable as intended. When I raised the issue at the till, the customer service was poor and unhelpful, with no real attempt to resolve the situation properly.

I also tried to address the issue through their online complaints process, but this was not handled effectively either, leaving me no choice but to pursue a chargeback to recover my money.

Overall, the experience felt disorganised and lacking in basic customer care. I expected better standards and clearer communication when problems arise.

This was my first visit to Five Guys on Pentonville Road, and I came away rather disappointed.
The food was decent, but nothing exceptional and certainly not worth the exorbitant prices.
The servings are enormous, very much "American-sized", and there was far more food than I could reasonably finish. Not wanting to see nearly £50 worth of food go to waste, I went to the counter and politely asked for a paper bag so I could take the leftovers with me.
The employee behind the counter looked at me with a distinctly unfriendly expression (all the staff looks miserable btw) and simply refused my request. A bloody paper bag!
For a brand that charges premium prices, I would expect both better food and considerably better customer service. This was not an experience I would be eager to repeat.

Very nice staff, they were polite and helpful. The food wasn't bad either! I love that they still take cash which the McDonald's nearby will not.

Went to five guys in cardiff bay first ever time, I can assure you it be my last, had cheese burger and chips with strawberry milk shake, the burger tasted like a used dish cloth, the chips was ok but the shake was vile, only drank bit of it but was enough to make me vomit later when I got home, was vomiting from 12 till 3am, very poor food and they charge £35 for 4 burgers, id give them zero star if was available

Awful service - took 1.5 hours to get a 'priority' delivery via Uber Eats. Five Guys Burger (Harlow) and fries was delivered cold and honestly, I've had better food from a burger van. Cost £44 for two kids burgers and fries

It was clean and looked good till i looked at the prices 8 quid odd for a little cheese burget like the prices are not good for all of the meal it was 16 odd quid for a little cheese burger little fries and smart water service was good but for how it is not worth it

After a looooong day at work my burger came with no patty. Not getting a refund from uber eats and five guys basically stating in their terms it’s uber eats problem. But seriously what scam. How do u forget to put a patty in a BURGER
