You should inform your customers as to what a simple interest loan is. You should also inform your customers when they are making the kind of loan whereby they are UNDERNEATH the loan at the time they are driving off of the lot.
By the way " underneath" means that the amount of the total loan AND repayment EXCEEDS the total value of the the vehicle making refinance IMPOSSIBLE.
Your loans are predatory.
Your customers need to know that.

Went in to trade 2 cars for 2 cars, had appraisal paperwork sitting in my car, and when their manager went to appraise them HE STOLE THE PAPERWORK OUT OF MY CAR AND PRESENTED IT AS THEIR OWN! Then just laughed it off like everything was ok. Dashcam caught everything so that'll be sent to upper management. Bottom line is do NOT leave anything of value in your car, they WILL steal it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First and foremost I purchased a kia optima from the DriveTime on north freeway in Houston Texas .Got the car 8/15/24 @8:pm the car had a water smell to it day two 8/17/24 the check engine light came on the car wouldn’t accelerate foot on the pedal , pedal to the floor the car wouldn’t go it starting making a roaring noise. I stopped driving it later on that night I got in car to go to the store the check engine light was back on after going off earlier.It still was not driving accurately. Day 3 which is Monday 8/19 I called the dealership to ask of the return policy they stated 5 days 300 miles but that’s not what the salesman stated originally was 7 days never discussed mileage the check engine is now back on again still not picking up speed . Day 4 I returned the vechile to the dealership for them to state I drove the non- accelerating vechile 700 miles in 4 days an there were taking 400 dollars out my down payment since it’s a $1 a mile anything over 300 miles this company is a complete RIP OFF paid my deposit in cash but I have to wait 7 days for a check a complete joke .There cars are LEMONS stay away 2 days and the check engine came on yeah pretty self explanatory !!! Hopefully this helps someone

Worst Experience Ever
I went to start my process before the Hurricane Beryl and the car I want they were not able to find the keys. My appoint was for 5pm I made it for 430pm and did not get seen until after 630pm. I went back after the storm to finish the process and again there was several car which seems like the better options and they weren't able to locate the keys for them. It feels like they were in a rush to put you in a car they wanted to get rid of. Because of me having a family and my job requires travels I felt forced to just accept whatever was available. It was a terrible experience, I was not pleased at all. The car I had to settle for drives very hard was not what I expected.
