Extremely easy process. Zane the assistant manager who was very friendly and professional showing me the 2 vehicles I came to see. He started the process and Alan Sutton completed the sale. Alan was great, very knowledgeable and helpful and personal.

The in office customer service is great but there vehicles are awful and they don’t want to cover services that should have been inspected before selling the vehicle. First time getting a vehicle from drive time was years ago because they sold me a car that had bad motor , decided to try them again and similar issue. Make sure you take your vehicle to get a complete inspection within three days of purchasing because they lie on the paper work about what they have inspected.

My family and I went to look for a car and Jamil Edwards at the Lewisville Tx asked me what I wanted and what price range we was looking for and I told him. And he made sure we got what we wanted. And all the workers there was so nice we are very thankful. So I would say if your needing a car go to drive time.

My Salesperson was very patient and helpful.

I loved how they were very helpful to get me my car that I wanted. They were very communicative with letting me know about the car that I wanted. It needed to be looked at by a mechanic. They kept me updated, when it was time for me to pick up my car they already had it clean and ready for me, had most of my paperwork done for me, they were very helpful and kind Thank you again.

I like that it was easy to apply and what's said is needed is really all that's needed. As far Allan my sale rep. He was very impatient. I did show up at 6:30 but that was the time available to me because I worked, it was also the time available to schedule so I set it. He was not happy that I showed up 30 minutes before close time. Made me feel uncomfortable and very rushed.

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe from Drive Time Auto Dealership in Lewisville, Texas on 8/16/2023. The vehicle seemed to be fine the test drive went well and systems APPEARED to be functioning. On 8/20/2023 my side panel of driver do fell off. Glue was noticed on the door as if it was rigged in place. I took it to Christian Brothers in Aubrey, Tx and was told I would have to leave to vehicle. I contact Silver Rock the warranty company and they tell me that it was a cosmetic issue and not covered under warranty. On 8/26/2023 the headlight on the passenger side went out. On 8/28/2023 a warning light described as a triangle with an exclamation inside appeared on my dashboard. I contact Silver Rock and spoke with an agent and was notified that I would have to take into a shop and get a diagnostic and would have to cover the $100 deductible prior to diagnostic. I asked about the car rental in the event my car needed to be repaired. She notified me they do RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT. Now SEPTEMBER 4, 2023 and I’m on the freeway driving when all of a sudden my car stops accelerating as if it lost power. This could have been a terrible tragic accident THANK GOD I was already next to the shoulder and the traffic was not horrible. I now have pulled to the side of the road turn on my hazards. The car does restart and now there is a rattling/clunking noise coming from my car and all I want to do is get back home to safety because now I’m scared for my life. I don’t know what the sound is and pray it doesn’t cut off on my because now the car is hesitating. 9/5/2023 I took the car to Kwik in Little Elm for a diagnostic. I was told by the mechanic that the noise and description of what happened that it sounds as if there is an issue with my engine and that I should notify the dealership. It has only been 18-19 DAYS since purchasing the car. I called and notified the dealership being that I cannot afford to pay for the deductible, the CAR INSURANCE, CAR RENTAL, AND CAR PAYMENT. The gentlemen at the dealership gave me the number for customer relations. I called customer relations and spoke to some VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL lady. I explained to her what happened and what the dilemma was and she told me that the car payment still needs to be paid and that cars break down all the time, even brand new cars. I explained to her that yes cars breakdown but engines are major parts to car that don’t just break down. I tried to get this UNPROFESSIONAL LADY to understand how dangerous this situation was and could have been and that I just purchased this vehicle. SEPTEMBER 8, 2023 and I have no vehicle and I am paying insurance on a shell of a car (because the engine is bad.) I have had to pay for a car rental and for towing out of my pocket and am now behind on all my bills. These companies SILVER ROCK and DRIVE TIME are some sorry companies or have some sorry employees. They have not tried to do anything with this situation. SUPPLY AND DEMAND. I DID NOT GET WHAT I PURCHASED AND NOW AM OUT MORE MONIES THAN I CAN AFFORD. THIS ISSUE HAS COST ME MENTAL PAIN AND SUFFFERING, IT HAS COST ME A FINANCIAL BURDEN AND DIRECTLY AFFECT MY LIFE. I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE BECAUSE MY CAR BROKE. SO WHY WOULD I WANT TO PAY FOR ANOTHER BROKEN CAR.

Got in there and out within a hour. I was amazed at how low my down payment was..I only paid $395.00 down like it said I would on my inquiry.Everything went great!

Edwin & Alan were great! Everyone there in Lewisville are great! From test drive to completion it was a great experience! Love my new vehicle and love the warranty too!

I was able to get a nice car and the review has nothing to do with the car itself, but the salesman Alan Sutton made the experience horrible. He was extremely unprofessional. The second I told him I didn’t want gap insurance he basically threw a tantrum even put his head down on the desk and told me “you’re making a stupid decision”

He told me to set up the app on my phone before I could leave so I told him I have to run to my car to charge the phone and I set it up while I was there. He came out after maybe 60 seconds and said I need to sign the papers in a rude way like I wasn’t just doing what he told me to do.

He even went to all the employees and loudly ranted to them that I refused the gap insurance not even trying to be subtle.

I understand that gap may be important, but I didn’t have the budget for the extra 120 dollars per month and he shouldn’t have been making me feel even worse than I did.

At the end after the papers were signed his exact words were “we are done here” and he walked away and didn’t even offer a handshake.

It is not DriveTime’s fault, but I was so close to crying from feeling so embarrassed as he was telling everyone in there how stupid I am for not being able to afford the extra money.

The staff went above and beyond to help me find the specific car I wanted. They also got it done in a timely manner.

Awesome fast service! I love the honesty, no lies being told. From start to finish with coming in to driving away. They were the only ones that accepted my trade and allowed that to be used towards my down payment! I cried! Didn’t think I was even getting a car but I did! I have nothing bad to say about Drivetime!!! I had two sales men helping me, Damion and Alejandro! Awesome people. They made sure I was in something affordable and made sure I test drove the car before I said yes I want this. Very pleased with how everything went! They do a car check to ensure everything is running before you drive away! So to see bad reviews is mind blowing! They really do care!!
