Scot and the manager @ Watford totally disrespectful!
Called about a bed delivery date..
Told the wrong information. Asked what could be done to try and resolve..
Basically 'don't know' - The manager is busy - felt very much not our problem. No attempt to even try to resolve. Said to contact customer service then hung up!! Called back hung up straight away!!

Keen for the money but not at all intrested in after care support!!

Would highly recommend Dreams Rugby. Dealt with Roger who was very professional and supported us every step. Great experience.

Helpful staff with a lot of knowledge, listened to our preferences and made appropriate recommendations. Gave us enough space to browse and make our own decisions, and answered all questions.
Loads of helpful advice around pillows etc, and completed everything without fuss and with a friendly service.
Would highly recommend.

Great Experience

We visited Dreams Coventry - Store and Clearance Centre on Thursday, 20 August, to choose mattresses for our new home. Before our visit, we knew very little about the different brands, models and options available.

Robert was extremely professional, friendly and patient. He listened carefully to our needs and helped us find the right mattresses for our family. He was also incredibly helpful and hardworking, always with a big smile.

Louis was also lovely and very helpful. They worked really well together and created such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

We were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this store to our friends and family. Thank you, Robert and Louis!

I am a73 year old pensioner, and I was very pleased yo get 5 star service off s young man called Tom, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted at first but he helped me out and advised what was suitable for me,and I am really satisfied with my purchase, Happy to do business with you Tom 😀

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted by Ian who asked immediately if we wanted to do the “sleep test” to establish what type of firmness we require. The sleep test was great and Ian then showed us a variety of suitable mattresses. He was very thorough in explaining each different style. He then offered us a cuppa and left us to test several beds on our own thus not hovering over us.
We found exactly what we wanted and needed and Ian was amazing throughout. Thank you for such excellent service

Visiting Grimsby store, Jack was very helpful and welcoming. He showed us the different types of mattresses and provided pillows to try them with. He offered use a drink while we where sorting out payments and delivery options. The shop was very clean and well displayed.

Beware.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Made an order mid July for a Kingsize bed and drawers, from the start the systems were new, meaning things took a while. Chose a finance option as it would mitigate costs, but the new system didn't like that. Was told deposit payment would be done at a later time via phone call as they couldn't do it in store at the time. Bed would be delivered July 30th. I didn't mind the systems issue as I know it takes getting used to having a new system and we're human after all. So I called later to make the deposit payment (in which it doesn't go through to anyone, they have to call you back). Someone call me back and the man is asking for the full price? It's okay I thought let me just pay, then advised the gentlemen I had a pre-finance agreement in place this would need to be cancelled in which he replied "Oh I can see that, let me just cancel that for you". Fine all good. But then the mickey mouse started. Remember delivery date was July 30th? Got an e-mail July 29th saying delivery can't be made tomorrow, next available delivery is August 20th. Then got an e-mail on August 19th saying delivery can't be made tomorrow, next available delivery is September 7th. I gave leeway with the new systems but now my trust has altered, I'm already expecting an e-mail September 6th saying the same story. I checked other companies offering less for relatively the same bed with a 6-8 day delivery. So now it's time to cancel and go elsewhere. I call to cancel, can't get through to anyone. I leave my details for a callback service, they don't call back. Next day someone does call, handles the cancellation and says I should expect a refund in 14 days but could be sooner. Brilliant. Then she says "Oh, I can see there's a pre-finance agreement in place, let me cancel that for you". Um? The one that was supposed to be cancelled? I just want to move on at this point. Seen on Friday 21st August at 4:57pm got a missed call and a voicemail. They're saying there's trouble with the refund, need your account number and sort code, we'll call back Monday then end of voicemail. I try to call back but operators are finished at 5pm plus no weekend calls. I'm a chill person but come on.

Emma the sales assistant was very helpful directed me to the right bed without her I would have been extremely clueless

Went to visit dreams Solihull to purchase a mattress, was seen by Elizabeth and her team of West Brom fans -“and they were all amazing. Super helpful and friendly team, came away with mattress, pillows and quilt with a fabulous discount. Really pleased and will defo return in the future !!!!!
