Zero Stars would be more appropriate!!!

Ordered a headboard from Dreams, where the website clearly stated delivery within 4 working days. Great, I thought! Unfortunately, the confirmation email told a different story — 10 weeks Delivery! 😡

After waiting an hour to speak to someone on the Dreams On-Line Chat (50th in queue) I was finally told there was a stock issue and, yes, it would be 10 weeks before I receive my order.

Needless to say, I cancelled and requested refund. Surely that would be straightforward? Apparently not! I was told I could be waiting up to 14 days for my money to be returned because refunds are taking longer than normal🫣

So, Dreams can take your money instantly but apparently returning it is a much more complicated process.

Perhaps Dreams should change the wording on website from delivery within 4 days to you might get it in 10 weeks —if you’re lucky!

Extremely disappointing customer service and a very frustrating experience from start to finish. I certainly won’t be rushing back to Dreams anytime soon.

Be very wary of delivery dates - was told should be 5 - 6 weeks now told 12 weeks.
If I had known the delivery date I would not have placed or paid in advance for the order.
Will not buy anything from them in future and I now know not to pay the full amount of the purchase in advance without a firm guaranteed delivery date.

We visited Cheltenham store and spoke with 2 very informative guys ( Ian & Steven ) they helped us to choose the right mattress and bed with the help of the very clever sleep machine. What I thought was going to a long winded experience was easy and painless and I’m now looking forward to receiving our new mattress and bed. I would highly recommend the store

Paula was amazing we went on the sleep match machine which helps you decide what matress is best for you. It was so unique :) we found the perfect matress and pillows cannot wait for it to arrive. Thank you again

Excellent service in store, mattress delivered promptly and carefully and mattress itself is awesome.

The only reason I awarded one star is because you can’t award zero. They seem so disconnected as a company, the store you purchased from tell you one thing, telephone helpline is of no use, can’t speak to anyone and don’t call back, chat system tells you something completely different, had three delivery dates, last info was the base was damaged but they’d supply another base whilst another was ordered, SHAMBOLIC

Bought the Sealy PostureLux Forbes Combination Mattress about 5 months ago. It was expensive but I wanted good quality. I was able to pay in instalments via interest free finance. The staff delivering my new mattress were helpful and friendly, and even offered to bring it upstairs, there was also an option when ordering to take away my old mattress for a fee (cheaper than getting the council to recycle it). They did arrive very early in the morning (the delivery slot is all day). After an initial period of adjustment, I can honestly say that the mattress is brilliant. It took about a month for my body to get used to it, but now that I have, my sleep has significantly improved. I left a review on their own website back in February because they asked for one, but I had not yet adjusted so couldn't say much. I am unable to now edit my review or make a new one, which is a shame.

Charlotte from Teesside branch was absolutely phenomenal. Didn’t pester us, asked us if we needed any guidance to just give her a shout. So we did and from there her wealth of knowledge just became obvious. She was a real pleasure to deal with, showing us the complete range to help find what we needed. At first we had some misconceptions surrounding the pricing at dreams, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. We will absolutely be returning in a few years time. P.S thank you to Jayne for making an absolutely fantastic Hot Chocolate.

Went in the bolton store and was greeted by Ann, from start to finish she was super helpful in finding us the right mattress.
