This morning I went to the Dreams store in Crawley to buy a mattress.
Karen greeted me and, after I explained what kind of mattress I was looking for, she kindly showed me several of the display models in the store. She even brought me a pillow so I could try the mattresses properly and see which one was the most comfortable.
I also asked her to show me some memory foam options that I had not originally requested. We went through those as well, and then she left me to take my time trying out the mattresses to find the one I liked best.
What impressed me even more was that she later came back from her desk to tell me about an email she had received that morning offering an additional 20% discount on selected mattresses, and she showed me which models were included.
I was extremely satisfied with the service, not only because of the thorough information I received, but also because of Karen's friendly and approachable manner.
In the end, I managed to choose a mattress that I was able to purchase with 0% interest over 10 monthly instalments,which was another excellent offer from the store. The pillow I had been using to test the beds was so comfortable that I decided to buy one of those as well.
The whole purchasing process was quick and smooth, and Karen's colleague Ian also helped with the paperwork.
I really appreciate this kind of shopping experience, where the salesperson is not pushy, gives me enough time to properly look at what I want to buy, and does not stand over me in a way that makes me feel rushed.
I am very happy with the service I received. I hope Karen and Ian's manager knows what a treasure they have in these employees.
I can wholeheartedly recommend the Dreams store in Crawley to everyone.
The level of customer service you receive here is truly top-tier — easily a “Top 10 quality service” experience!

The person in the store was extremely helpful and patient. We were shopping with a very specific idea in mind. The sales woman was patient and kind. Nothing seemed too much trouble. She hadn't been there long. Very knowledgeable.

We went to buy a new mattress today 24/7/26 in Taunton. Justin served us, he was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He was not pushy and gave us time to decide. We bought a mattress are were extremely pleased

Great Experience

If I could give no stars I would. This is not a reflection on anyone at the Northern Irish franchise. I would like to point out to anyone from NI, that you cannot order through Dreams online. They are not the same store. Now to my issue. Customer Service team is terrible. No phoning me back when I need them to, without significant delays. Cancelling orders without consent by me. No offer of true resolutions to a complaint. A staff member made a monumental error by firstly entering my postcode incorrectly into the system. This set off a chain of events which has left me with no bed, no resolution, extreme difficulty speaking to anyone and an appalling level of customer service. I am sure the products are fine but my goodness, the customer service and lack of problem solving when there is a clear error on their side is shocking. I'm not one to usually make complaints but this has all been so poorly handled. Seems this is a common situation for anyone based outside of England.

We had a lovely experience in Beckton Retail Park, assisted by David. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable and helped us find our perfect mattress. We had a great consultation with some complementary cold water, as well as a free mattress protector!

I'll start with a positive for the staff at the Bradford store who were very friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We are still awaiting delivery of a mattress which is not due yet so I can't comment on that yet. My issue is a pillow that we paid £70 for. I usually sleep on a feather pillow, however I was introduced to the Dreams Memory Cloud Support pillow by one of the staff. It is terrible. It feels soft when you first lay your head down but as the air disperses, you then begin to feel the lumpy memory foam clusters. Soon the pillow felt hard and began to numb the parts of my head which were laying on this hard lumpy surface. Due to their Ts&Cs pillows are not returnable or refundable so £70 has been utterly wasted. Don't be fooled just because the pillow feels nice and soft for the few seconds you might try one in the shop, its when you try to sleep on it the problem begins. Very disappointed.

Went to the Norwich store to purchase a riser bed for an elderly relative.
Dave the sales chap was absolutely fantastic and went through everything with great knowledge and professionalism.
When we came to pay however due to a new computer system we were kept waiting a terribly long time, this is not the fault of the sales staff at all and suggest the company provide tech support for all staff or don't release new software until it is fault free .
