Daniel was great. Explained everything very well amd couldnt have been more helpful.
We werent too sure but it was Daniel and his knowledge of the product which changed our mind.
If we ever buy a bed again i would be asking for Daniel to serve us.

Rob was excellent, knowledgable and helpful

They cancelled on my 95 year old gran TWICE, both times being the evening before proposed delivery, giving no reason for cancellation and offering a new delivery date a month out. We've just waited weeks for the bed yet again and been cancelled on the night before yet again with no apology and no reason. Absolutely fuming.

We had a great help from the member of staff

We visited Dreams store in Derby on bank holiday. Store was nicely set out. Although very busy we were quickly served. Helped us choose a mattress with a big discount. Delivery time was a little longer than expected. Nice experience and the free coffee was very much appreciated. Don't sleep on it get yourself down to Dream.

Made my way to Dreams in Stockton today for new pillows where I was greeted by Sarah, explained that I was struggling with my sleep as I suffer with neck pain . Sarah gave me a selection of pillows to choose from and I choose a lovely form support pillow slept like a baby last night

Great welcome to the store by Elvin asked if I would like tea or coffee witch was a pleasant surprise after informing her of what I was looking for she was extremely helpful and and showed me many variations and was great with fabric and colour choices store manager vee was also very helpful with other services such as disposing of my current bed and asking if I needed the new bed installed witch I have opted for and also extra product warranty again I have taken all staff very professional and pleasant great work team keep it up

Dreams at Fosse Park Leicester - Excellent customer service AT FIRST in store but on delivery date- today- no one showed. The bed was for my vulnerable elderly dad who has mobility issues and dementia reducing from double to single. At 5.30 when no one showed my mum called Dreams customer service to be told the delivery was 23 September. It wasn’t as I was with them in store when this was confirmed. They paid to have the double taken away by dreams and arranged for a stairlift to be fitted the next day once the old double bed and mattress had been removed. Dreams customer service offered my dad a roll up mattress to use on the floor for the next 3 weeks. He’s 82! Waiting for this bed has been exciting for him but disorientating too as he slept in a different room last night so that his new bed could go straight into his bedroom. The result was he woke up and didn’t know where he was and was scared. I am beyond livid how callous and uncaring the people are behind the customer in store team. Don’t be fooled! Never use or recommend these to anyone and getting in touch with Help the Aged to let them warn prospective elderly customers

Good sales assistant and help with choice

Before paying for my order it stated 2 to 5 days estimated delivery, the email confirmation stated 4 to 5 weeks estimated delivery! I attempted to call Dreams fosse park (it took 3 attempts to get through) the lady laughed and said I’d have to call customer services tomorrow.
This was neither helpful nor polite.

Knowledgeable and patient,as I was anxious about my ability to dismantle my existing bed before the new one was delivered. A solution was found.
Bed good value for money.

Helpful, pleasant staff.

Greeted immediately by Sandy who took us through a practical assessment of what sort of mattress would suit us. Once the firmness was identified we were able to be pointed to the relevant mattresses in store.
We were left to try, discuss and decide on the one we wanted.
Once we decided on the mattress we wanted Sandy took us through the purchase options that were available to us. We were offered drinks by staff a couple of times.
We actually purchased a bed as well which we had selected on your website. We selected to have the bed built at the point of delivery. A convenient delivery date was decided upon.
This is not our first purchase at Dreams. The service we received was excellent.

Would have been 5 star but 120 pounds to take bed away was crazy, great service and friendly staff
