friendly staff - helpful - got the mattress that was needed !

The lady I was ordering a bed & mattress delivered.to me.I said I was so.patient.as I'm disabled& housebound.also 95?.¹ told me the ottoman ones I could afford etc. & mattress!I.no hurry.explained everything.as I needed setting up bed etc.!very satisfied.& Enyored our chat!!now waiting for my ottoman.

Isha and Nish were so helpful when choosing my new matress. They both were very knowledgeable.

Ashley at St Helen’s store was very helpful and made sure we were aware of all the options available to us. We were left to look around the store without pushy sales talk but Ashley was very helpful when we had questions and once we decided on the bed we wanted Ashley dealt with us very efficiently.

Customer adviser (Joan??) was great. Explained things. Not pushy. Very pleasant

Excellent customer service and detailed information helping us to select the perfect bed for our needs.

We found the staff very helpful and friendly and patient when responding to our questions. Did not push us to buy a bed but gave us time to workout which bed was the best option for us to buy.

The lady who attended to us was great very knowledgeable but not pushy gave me time to keep going back to a bed time after time. She gave me space to think and make my choice, which I liked. She offered us refreshments.

Andrew at Brierley Hill was more than helpful. Gave us his full attention. We wanted to purchase two beds. One for my son & one for my husband and I. We did the sleep match and he explained and interpreted the results clearly. He showed us the full range of beds suitable for all of us but was careful not to overwhelm us. We went to the store three times on three consecutive days before making a final decision! Andrew was there for us every time we had questions. His great personality made the whole experience fun, happy and informative. We believe due to his customer care was the reason we finally purchased Two Beds! Thank you. He offered us all drinks and did not rush us during our experience. Very clear. Excellent service by Andrew.

Will was very friendly, patient and helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed to make the right decision on the mattress. Did us a great deal, was friendly, engaging and made sure we were well supplied with drinks. The whole team appeared happy with plenty of support and laughs along the way. Thank you.

As we entered the store a very friendly staff member greeted us and took us to the bed I was looking for she was very helpful and knew the product. She ask if we would like a drink while we tested the beds she came back with our drinks and helped us with all our questions. A lovely young lady making us so welcome and very helpful!
We selected our bed and went downstairs to order our new bed again the young lady asked if we wanted another drink while professionally take our order! What a relaxing enjoyable experience thanks to this lovely lady please pass on our thanks to her !!

The manager was so helpful polite and I even had a cup of tea I was very impressed with with the whole experience.
