Esperienza disastrosa, il 14 Giugno acquisto un capo sul sito online ufficiale, arriva il 20 e in quanto non mi piacesse nella stessa giornata restituisco tramite il corriere il pacco eseguendo il reso. Il 26 giugno mi arriva la mail di conferma che il reso era arrivato è stato accettato. Dal 26 Giugno ad oggi dopo chiamate al call center e varie mail non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso tramite il metodo di pagamento che avevo utilizzato. Dovevano passare 14 giorni lavorativi ma qui siamo oltre 20. In 15 anni che acquisto online non è mai successo niente di simile. Stiamo parlando quasi di truffa. Sconsigliato e mai più acquisterò.

Dopo aver cancellato loro stessi un ordine al momento dell'acquisto per mancanza di taglia, è passato un mese esatto e ancora non hanno effettuato il rimborso!
ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA TUTT'ORA IN ESSSERE:
Invio mail e non rispondono, Chiamo e dopo 12/15 min di attesa attaccano (più e più volte)
E NON È LA PRIMA: ANCHE PER L'ORDINE PRECEDENTE HO AVUTO PROBLEMI PER I QUALI HO SCRITTO E NESSUNO HA MAI RISPOSTO

Vandaag bezochten wij de Dolce & Gabbana-winkel in Roermond. Bij de ingang stond een lint, maar er stond niemand te wachten en de winkel was bijna leeg. Omdat het niet duidelijk was dat we moesten wachten, liep ik door. Een verkoopster met een bril reageerde erg onvriendelijk, draaide met haar ogen en negeerde mij toen ik vroeg of ik moest wachten.

Toen mijn vriendin binnenkwam, begon een medewerker meteen te roepen: “Zie je het lint niet? Je moet buiten wachten.” Daarna zei hij zelfs: “Jullie mogen wel shoppen, maar wij gaan jullie niet helpen.”

Door deze onvriendelijke en respectloze behandeling zijn wij direct vertrokken. Dit is geen manier om klanten te behandelen.

Worst customer service.Ordered perfume 2 weeks ago, called them today and again they don't know nothing and refuses to refund my money.Never ever buy something from them

I definitely not recommend D&G ladies shoes, the quality is horrible 😫...I bought ladies slides, and worn them twice and the sole started peeling off, I reached out to them to ask for repairs or replacement, & they refused to offer me any of those because apparently according to their evaluation I've worn the shoes several times(2 months), mind you I bought the shoes on the 19/December/2025 and I returned them back in store on the 20/February/2026, in addition to this, i also reported them to the consultant on WhatsApp on the 06/February/2026 meaning I've only had the shoes with for 2months

Je recommande de lire les avis avant de se lancer en aventure à ce site internet dolce gabbana , franchement ça vous aidera à ne pas vous faire arnaquer.

J’ai commandé une chaussure pour mon fils à l’occasion de son baptême, la chaussure étant très petite je l’ai retourné automatiquement demandant un remboursement.

Plus de 2 mois que je cours après eux pour qu’il me rembourse mais sans succès, ils confirment bien avoir reçu le colis mais sont incapables de me rembourser … franchement c’est honteux !

Ils arnaquent les gens cette boutique , elle est fuire . Traiter avec eux est une grosse déchéance car c’est tout simplement des voleurs .

Je les déteste et je regrette avoir commandé sur le site .

I purchase a small calfskin dg logo bag shopper, in less the leather is very bad, the bag started to fade specially in the corners, I went to the store and they send me to repair it myself. I did the report online and they say it was wear and tear, being a brand that offer such bad quality it has begun to crack prematurely. The standards I had about this brand unfortunately change, not only the bad service provided to me. I was only requested pictures. Disappointed.

Ordered shoes, they never came.
Then they said they lost my customer info? And the refund would take 30 days which is not in compliance with US law. The exact statute: 16 C.F.R. § 435.1(b)(1). Supposed to be 7 days for a refund.

These people kept communicating with me in Italian!!! Which I do not speak. And none of the phones pick up, not in Bal Harbour, not in design district. I really wanted those damn shoes. It’s a shame how this company is operated.

An unacceptable customer experience for a luxury brand like Dolce & Gabbana. I ordered a belt with a matte silver buckle, but received a shiny chrome one instead (admitted internal labeling and production error on their part) . To make matters worse, they are out of stock but continue to sell the item on their website, misleading customers. Despite the time I spent sending photos and documenting their own supply chain flaws, customer service completely refused to offer any commercial gesture. "Just return it for a refund." The service is definitely not up to the prices they charge. Unprofessional and deeply disappointing.

I ordered a perfume in late march, and it took ages to ship, and still now in May, 7th of May therr is still NO perfume or any updates about what is going on. I contacted the customer service multiple times, but they either answer with "We will contact the responsible desk that can help you." And then they say "We are happy to inform that your order will ship soon." that's like 2 weeks ago. Now I asked if I could cancel my order, and they still send me everywhere else with no straight answer. I'm honestly so disappointed considering D&G is a worldwide famous brand that is supposef to care of their customers. I'm so disappointed.

Lip gloss was a fail it was described as a lip gloss with a mint flavor well that’s BS .It wasn’t worth the price at all

Oggi ci siamo fermati al bar ristorante di Dolce & Gabbana a Portofino per prendere un caffè dopo pranzo. Eravamo già seduti al tavolo e in attesa della cameriera per ordinare.
Prima di consumare, abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di poter utilizzare il bagno, ma ci è stato risposto che non era disponibile. Una risposta che ci ha lasciati perplessi, soprattutto considerando il tipo di locale e il contesto.
Un posto così curato ed esclusivo dovrebbe garantire anche i servizi più basilari, a maggior ragione per clienti già seduti al tavolo pronti a ordinare. Un dettaglio che ha rovinato l’esperienza complessiva.

I purchased a purse yesterday. I tried to return I today-less than 24 hours later-untouched and wrapped exactly how I received it. I was refused a refund and instead forced to take a $27k store credit. They state this is their policy, however it is not anywhere to be found in the store nor was it verbally stated to me by the salesman. It was, however in tiny light grey print on the BACK of the receipt as they conveniently pointed out today. Buyer beware! Do not buy at DandG Bal Hatbor!

Absolute Katastrophe. Schuhe für 800.- gekauft. Nach 6 Monate wurde das Leder spröde und verfärbt. Dolce Gabanns meint das habe ich falsch gereinigt obwohl ich die Schuhe gar nicht gereinigt habe. Überhaupt nicht kulant. Nie mehr wieder.
