I bought a pair of Basher boots in…
I bought a pair of Basher boots in December at a cost of £105 I was considering waiting until the sales after Christmas… I visited the store in Cardiff when the sales started only to find the the boots had been inflated to £145 ans was on sale at £105!!? To me this is a bit deceiving to say the least?

Had a great experience at blacks in Cardiff bay. A young lady called amber really helped me pick out my perfect pair of walking shoes. She was very helpful and noligable. Will definitely shop there again.

Fab staff and great service
Went in search of a new coat for winter. Kay and Ruth were both really helpful and attentive. Talked through the various options and best deals as well as the benefits of each highlighting the tech specs and guarantees. Great store, would come back again!

A nice lady by the name of Ruth helped me today. I found the perfect backpack and waterproof cover all for less than £19.00 I got a pleasant greating from two other staff members who were at the front of the store rearranging stock. Its a very nice laid out store items easy to find.

Great shop - well organised and great staff
The store is always really well presented and it is easy to find exactly what I wanted. The staff are very friendly and always welcome you when you come in and offer advice whilst also being knowledgeable about the products. I normally come in with the intention of buying one thing but somehow always end up with a few more things than intended. I love coming in here and use it for the majority of my outdoor needs.
