Hi Adrian. I am sorry you were disappointed that there was a charge for mudguard /accessory fitting but I have to budget my mechanics time by how long the job takes. (Usually about 30.mins to fit mudguards). If there is indeed a part missing I am sorry please come into store and I will see what we can do. Dave and Team Sutton

Good service, no hard sell
I always feel Balfe's give a good service, and on this occasion it was good, helpful advice without any hard sell. In fact there was a more expensive product they could have tried to get me to buy but they didn't. I fully recommend Balfe's in Sutton.

I've shopped at Reigate and at Sutton
I've shopped at Reigate and at Sutton. At both stores I've found the staff to be very helpful and supportive when I've asked questions and then made decisions. My wife has also purchased some bike accessories from Sutton. My wife was very pleased with the service she received, and I was pleased with the items.

I took my son’s Trek bike (which I hadn’t bought there) because there was a problem with the back wheel. Danny at the Sutton branch couldn’t have been more helpful. Problem sorted and kept informed all along the process.

Not bad
Not bad, a bit pricey but it revived a 15 year old Brompton, the bike came back cleaned as well, its now looks like a new one.
