I was booked for 11.30
I was booked for 11.30, my car was taken at 12.50, it was a air con refil. After 30 min of excelent cooling the aircon stop working , came back but I was told its electric issue so go and solve by yourself, it was wotking before came yo them . After Ive got mail from them with free healthy tyre chek from them, it was very well done, so they put 1 brand for all 4 but front brand was different from rear, and they but that my tyres have diferent size but they dont, so I wouldnt trust their opinion and I would never recomend to use this particular ATS to anyone.

Excellent customer service
Today I took my car for the yearly MOT test.
Trevor from store was really good customer service was spot on.
After he finished the test he brought the car to front of garage I was impressed with the go green approach with minimal paper being used.

Poor customer service
I booked a service online and wanted to add a mot and despite the online site showing availability apparently there wasn’t any time to fit my car in. I needed it done fairly quickly as the mot was due.
Therefore when I spoke to them on the phone it was agreed they would refund me as I would book in somewhere else. This was within 15 mins of booking online. They took my details and said they would sort out the refund.
Now over a week later, I’ve called and can’t get hold of anyone, I’ve not had to raise with PayPal to which ATS have not even responded to. It seems like I just have to hope PayPal do the right thing and make them give me a refund for the service I did not use. Which I will have to wait until the end of the month so they will have had my money for 3 weeks!
I am sure they are fine if you need your car serviced etc, but admin wise and sorting customer issues maybe not. Will not book with them again.
Thank ATS for your helpful response WRITING a complaint is not going to help me get my money back any quicker that you are holding onto given the response times to your complaints! I am now a decent sum of money out of pocket that I need to buy essentials!
