Easy to order and it always arrives very quickly!

Great service. Reasonable prices.

Great coffee, fast shipping, reasonable prices.

Good products and great customer service

I have used my Gaggia espresso machine almost every day in the last year. She's a part of the family. Thank you so much.

Used to have points, prices went up crazy, I did not receive answers for my questions on the email, used to be very good, videos was educational. I can't afford the price any more also lot of the coffee not available.

I've used Whole Latte Love to purchase multiple pieces of coffee making equipment and many, many pounds of coffee. Whenever I've interface with them whether on the phone, on a video call or by viewing videos on the website, I've experienced nothing but the highest quality service and support. I highly recommend.

73.95 in purchases will cost at least 16$ for shipping . I understand a threshold for free shipping you should consider changing that point

Good products and great prices! I was surprised to get the delivery so quickly as well!

I found your company after I decided I was c interested s ted v in v the Gaggia product line. Your service and products have met or exceeded my expectations. Even interaction with your staff. I have no trouble returning whenever I have a need. Thank you!

Whole Latte Love is awesome! They give thorough, non-biased reviews of all of their products and will let you know why they may like one product over the other. Their coffee selection is amazing as well and I find everything I need related to coffee in one place. WLL for the win!

All of the products I've bought from y'all have been excellent. The videos have helped me

Defective machine no real help from customer service mostly automated responses. Gaggia still doesn't work!

Couldn’t return a brand new item because of the return policy. Will not order from wholelattelove again.

Great product! Packaging and shipping was excellent.
Would purchase again.

All good, tech support and products

Always a pleasure. Love the products, easy on-line shopping and quick to ship. My personal trifecta of shopping.

Whole latte love is always quick and dependable. They offer full service and I have used them for years- and with different espresso machines!!

Lots of great videos with great info about which machines would be a good fit for the individual, apart from great stuff you can get. The Gaggia coffee beans they sell are great, but I can't find them anywhere else. So they have every base covered to get you started making great coffee at any level, but especially if you've never made a proper espresso before.
