I had great experience.Everyone was so kind and welcoming.Fabrizio carried out my ultrasound scan for which is really important to be standing up so they can get full picture of varicose veins to accurately map treatment I would require.Fabrizio was so funny and kind and really made me laugh.I almost forgot why I was there 😂 Next doctor I saw was Dr Jeddy.He also was very nice and welcoming.He explained in detail what treatment I would need and how it was going to be done.I would definitely recommend Harley Street Vein Clinic

Clinic ran on time and the full team from ultrasound to the specialist who explained everything in full detail of the treatment that I needed to have done.

I was nervous when I arrived but I was soon put at ease by the surgeon and the two nurses. My mind was taken off the procedure by being offered music to be played. With sincere thanks to you all.

Very professional service, great friendly staff and follow up aftercare brilliant. My leg is fantastic, very pleased with the results.

Location in Billericay wasnt easy to find, not well sign posted. Everything else was perfect, staff, reception area, a tea and coffee machine would be nice.

All the staff were really lovely. The surgery was very quick and the staff did a good job of keeping me calm and relaxed.

Overall it was a pleasant experience!

Very happy with the service I received from UK Vein Clinic. From my initial enquiry, my assessment at the Bicester clinic to my treatment at 150 Harley Street which was completed by Mr Taha Khan and two very nice nurses. The information supplied pre and post treatment is informative and clear and put me at ease. A query I had when booking my treatment appointment was dealt with promptly. I was especially pleased to be able to have the treatment on a Saturday as this meant my husband could accompany me without taking time off work. I would highly recommend UK Vein Clinic to anyone think about getting their veins treated.

I had an amazing experience, the process was easy from booking the consultation, to guidance and aftercare. My clinical team were absolutely amazing, they were so caring and compassionate, they made the procedure quick and I felt comfortable during the whole process! A big huge thank you from me, you guys are absolutely fantastic!

Had my vein operation a few days ago and was impressed with how everything ran so smoothly. Prof. Stephen Black was the vascular surgeon who performed the treatment on my veins, and this indeed was minimally invasive. I felt very comfortable for the whole of the less than 30 minutes taken to do the treatment on both legs. Two very nice friendly nurses chatted to me, which took my mind away from what was happening with my legs.

First this is not about the operation the operation went well and the Doctor and nurses were excellent and friendly.
So after my consultation which was very good I was hoping for dates in July unfortunately July dates were not suitable to my work schedule.
After a couple emails I heard nothing asked again about dates in August and was completely ghosted worried about already spending £250 and not having a operation I reapplied.
Only doing that did I get a date then arranged a day for payment in which I be called which surprise I was not had to phone them, due to concerns of my job we couldn't do the payment but agreed to be called on Monday guess what no call! Only on Tuesday after I paid and had operation the aftercare call was scheduled and handled on the date.
Other then the consultation, appointment and aftercare I was disappointed to have to chase the booking and the payment having paid £250 I was worried I would not get an appointment and feel I had to chase to book the appointment with the overall price and first time using private clinic I personally feel this was unprofessional.
Granted we make mistakes but the overall process has not been as smooth as I was expecting

I first attended the Vein Clinic in Harley Street in September 2025 and saw Professor Stephen Black who did an initial diagnosis of the varicose vein in my leg and referred me for an ultrasound scan. Following the results of the scan I then attended the clinic in December and had foam sclerotherapy carried out by Professor Black. I attended a follow up appointment in February 2026 and as of now, August 2026, the small hard lump left after the treatment has all but disappeared. I cannot recommend Professor Black highly enough. If you have a varicose vein issue do go see Stephen Black.

Without exception every member of the medical team I met throughout my treatment was excellent. I cannot rate my experience with the UK Vein Clunic highly enough.

Everyone was very welcoming and put me at ease. I has a very detailed scan and the discussion with a doctor. The doctor was very informative and went through everything with me.
My only criticism was the price, although they were advertising both legs for approx £3,500, my treatment was alot more.
