Never reply to emails or answer phone and steal your money and don't send orders
Still waiting for an order that I placed on 18th July it is now 28th October.

I've ordered from them twice and both times my stuff has come damaged, they don't bubble wrap the mini ducks so they can get damaged really easily. The first time they dealt with it so I ordered again but this time they've been not much help. Honestly I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all.

Habe bereits zweimal auf der Webseite bestellt. Versandkosten sind erträglich. Dauer der Zustellung ist angemessen. Bisher ist immer alles in makellosen Zustand angekommen, was ich bestellt habe, inklusive kleiner gratis Goodies. Wenn ich ein niedliches und einzigartiges Geschenk brauche, weiß ich, wo ich gucken kann.
I've pre-ordered a few ducks from the TUBBZ USA site. All of them were well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. I do love seeing all the fandoms they have made into ducks! I look forward in seeing what else they make.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with TUBBZ, and I would not recommend ordering from them.
Their website clearly states delivery within 3–6 business days, but my order wasn’t even shipped until 4 days after I placed it. That alone already pushed the timeline beyond what they advertise. Once it finally shipped, there was zero effort from the company to address the delay or provide any real support.
When I contacted customer service, I was basically brushed off. I was told there was “nothing they could do” and to just keep tracking the package. No accountability, no attempt to make things right, and no option for a refund—even though they failed to meet their own stated delivery expectations.
What made this even worse was their complete lack of professionalism afterward. When I tried reaching out through social media after they stopped responding to my emails, they blocked me on Instagram and TikTok instead of addressing the issue. Blocking a paying customer for asking about their order is unacceptable.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Misleading shipping timelines, unhelpful support, and outright ignoring customers is not how a legitimate business should operate. Proceed with caution if you’re considering ordering from them.
I ordered a bunch of mini tubbz on December 31, 2025. These we supposed to come from a US warehouse. I usually get them from the UK. I expected less of a wait time for the delivery. It’s now February 7, 2026 and I still have not received my mini tubbz. Apparently, the only way to get help is through an email. I reached out at least seven times and I cannot get a solution to my concern. The UPS tracking that’s the shipper created a label, but UPS has received to package. My opinion is that their customer service sucks. I have asked for a refund or sending new ducks. I have gotten two messages that the company will “hear back” from UPS, stating that the tubbz warehouse will hear from UPS in 24 hours. It has been 3 days. I will never order from the US warehouse again.
Tubz Netherlands is a scam. About a year ago I’ve ended the cooperation with them. They kept the tubz machines in order to find new franchisers. But that didn’t work out, so after a year passed I wanted my machines back. But couldn’t get them. The owner Michael simply refuses to give back my machines. Recently he dumped 4 broken machines without the footstand at my address. But they aren’t my machines and aren’t complete. What a scam!
Well they are amazing but 4 atars because they messed up my order but finally got it well. Good answers from customer service.
Made a pre-order that was supposed to arrive late December. We're now a week in to January with no shipping information sent, nor any sort of update. Sent an email that has not received a response.
Asked customer services in regards to a lack of update when ordering a first edition special duck. Got a very snooty response, so waited till the end of the month as ordered to. Still no updates, no reply, no apology. Yet charged fully for it with special postage. Awful.
